SHIMRIN® DESIGNER PEARLS (PBC)
 Designer Pearls are Universal Base Coats that come in a large array of colors and may simply be cleared over for a final finish or used as a base coat for Kandys, or Pearls. They can be top coated with either acrylic lacquer or urethane enamels.

1.    Must have one even color as base

2.    Thin 2:1 With HOK Reducer (2 parts PBC to 1 part Reducer)

3.    Apply 3-4 medium coats with 75% overlap

4.    Kandy or Klear in about 15-30 minutes, but NOT longer than 12 hours
